ADULT FIELD DAY RULES

  • 🎯 Adult Field Day

Grab your crew (or we’ll help match you with one)! To register your team, email callinsickgetaways@gmail.com with the subject line “Adult Field Day Team.”

Team Details:

  • Teams must be co-ed (at least two females)

  • 5–7 players per team

  • Points are earned after each game

  • Wear athletic shoes and comfortable clothes

🚐 Can I Bring My RV or ATV?

Absolutely! Cousin Weekend was made for the outdoors! Make sure to purchase an RV space (includes entry for one person).

Then, email callinsickgetaways@gmail.com with the subject line “RV Reservation” and include:

  • RV size

  • RV license plate

  • Generator or amp usage

  • Estimated arrival date and time

  • If renting: rental company name + reservation number

Important: Bring your own generator and fill your water tank before arrival.

🏕️ Tips for Renting an RV

Did you know many companies will deliver and set up your RV directly at the campsite? These typically run $100–$150 per night. Make sure your rental includes a generator and filled water tank.

Pro Tip: Schedule Friday morning delivery — no extra charges for early drop-off. Just let us know your time slot! The renter must be present for the walkthrough (CIS Getaways is not liable for the process).

🍖 Should I Bring My Grill?

Yes, cousins can grill it up! Just be safe and know your setup.

🍔 Is Food Included?

We got you covered (a little):

  • Snacks and water provided all weekend

  • One meal provided at the Late Night Cookout

  • Food trucks and local vendors available on-site for purchase

  • You can bring your own food and grill setup

🥃 Bring-A-Bottle Registration

This event is BYOB all weekend long! At registration, contribute to the “Bar That Never Closes” by bringing a bottle. This shared bar will be open all weekend for all cousins to enjoy. 🍹

🍽️ Food Vendors

💳 Payment Plans

Yes! Payment plans are available at checkout. If you’d like specific payment dates, email us your preferences.

📜 Campground Rules

Good Vibes Only, cousins! (No bad energy—stay home if you like to complain 😅)

Zero tolerance for:

  • 🚫 No pets

  • 🚫 No firearms (including Airsoft, BB, or pellet guns)

  • 🔥 Campfires allowed only in designated fire rings

  • 🎂 21+ event (Typical CIS crowd: 32–53, but all 21+ welcome!)

  • ✌🏾 No drama — respect your cousins and keep it fun!

✈️ What Airport Should I Fly Into?

Fly into Dallas, Texas. Closest airports: DFW (Dallas/Fort Worth) or DAL (Love Field).

🔒 Will There Be Security?

Yes, armed security will be on-site.

📍 Event Location

The event will take place in Terrell, Texas (Dallas area). The exact address and map will be sent via email closer to the event.

⚡ Generators

Yes! Generators are allowed (and sharing is caring, cousins).

💰 Refund Policy

All sales are non-refundable. In case of an emergency (like a natural disaster or pandemic), your ticket will be transferred to the next Cousin Weekend.

🚿 Showers

Yes! We’ll have multiple covered shower areas on-site, or feel free to bring your own portable setup.

🌧️ What If It Rains?

We party rain or shine! If extreme weather forces cancellation, your ticket will automatically transfer to the next Cousin Weekend event.

👯 My Roommate Can’t Make It—What Now?

Tickets are transferable for this event only. You’ll need to find your own replacement and email us by April 5th, 2026, with updated info.

⚖️ Code of Conduct

We’re committed to keeping Cousin Weekend safe, fun, and positive.
Anyone violating our Code of Conduct may be removed immediately and security will be notified.

Zero tolerance for:

  • Unsafe alcohol use

  • Harassment (sexual, physical, or verbal)

  • Public indecency

  • Violence or threats

  • Vandalism or theft

  • Bullying, humiliation, or disrespect
